About the event
Join us for a free cup of organic coffee and some morning zen outside Veg'n Out in Lake Nona. Our theme this month is Grounding & Gratitude. We will have grounding tips and tools to share! Â A mini blender and healthy elixers to add to your coffee will be provided with an opportunity to learn how to make coffee more supercharged. This is a waste conscious meet up, please bring your own mug and we will provide everything else.
