Do I need to have meditation experince to attend?

No. Every level of experience is welcome - from beginners to the most experienced. What is more important is that we're all humans looking to de-stress, connect more with ourselves, and create a community with like-minded people.

What to bring?

Meditation cushion, bolster, or a blanket if you prefer to sit on the floor. Chairs will be provided. Refillable water bottle or thermos. Tea, coffee, snacks, and vegetarian lunch will be provided.

About the facilitator:

Denis Karenkin has been facilitating silent day-long and multi-day meditation retreats since 2018. This offering stems from his personal experience with silent retreats and their transformative effect on himself and his students. He honors humanity in its many forms and welcomes each retreat participant to be authentic and to show up exactly as they are.

NO cell phones are allowed during the duration of the retreat.
