About the event
Let's gather outside to soak up the sunet and take a walk with community! Walking Expert Terry, will lead a gentle stretch and guide the walk while offering body awarness and gait analysis for anyone who is looking to realign their natural body movements. This will be a fun, educational and social occurance in our conscious community! Join us to walk aware, walk well and walk often!
